All custom made products ordered/ purchased from Layla and Phillip Baby Boutique have an approximately 2-4 weeks manufacture time which may increase in busy periods without notice. Any service offering free postage or envelope post will be sent using an unregistered shipping option done so at the customer's own risk, please allow up to 14 days for standard / non-trackable post to arrive once sent. We advise for items that are time critical that express postage is purchased and an email is sent to Layla and Phillip Baby Boutique stating the date of need.

All custom made items are made in Australia. As such variations in paint colour, wood/grain can occur and are expected in a normal product. Wood grain direction may vary. Grain within our timber and bamboo products may have some splintering this is perfectly normal due to the natural aspect of the material. Due to manufacturing techniques, some product will have charred edges and smoke marks this is normal and within the scope of the product.
